Jocelyn

Hi, I’m Jocelyn Turner

I work with individuals and couples who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that shape their lives. Many of the clients I support feel overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in repeating dynamics, or disconnected from a clear sense of who they are.

My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a belief that our struggles make sense within the context of our experiences. I often draw from parts work and attachment-based frameworks to help clients explore the different aspects of themselves, especially the parts that feel anxious, self-critical, or protective. As these parts become more understood, clients often begin to feel more grounded, clearer, and more connected to themselves.

I am passionate about helping clients work through anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I am particularly interested in how our past continues to show up in the present, often shaping the ways we relate to ourselves and others. I aim to create a space where clients can slow down, be honest about their internal experience, and begin to shift long-standing patterns with greater awareness, clarity, and self-trust.
