Virtual Sessions
Participate in group therapy from home while connecting with others who are navigating similar experiences in a guided and supportive setting.

Group therapy provides a supportive environment where individuals meet together with a therapist to share mutual experiences, process with other people who get it, and develop a deeper understanding and connection. While each person has their own story, many participants find comfort in realizing they are not alone in what they are facing.
During sessions, group members are encouraged to share thoughts and experiences while also listening and learning from others. The therapist guides discussions, helps create and maintain a respectful and nurturing environment, and supports the group in processing, developing insight, building healthy coping and communication skills when helpful, and increasing emotional awareness and connection.
